Why can’t you create a carousel with Spotify hyperlinks?
This may be an excellent area of interest downside, however I do know I’m not the one one. Let me clarify…
What I Wished to Do
I used to be in search of a method to promote my podcast lately, so I made a decision on a carousel. I might create a unique carousel card for 10 totally different episodes. Every card would then be linked to the corresponding episode in Spotify.
I used to be enthusiastic about it. The issue? It wouldn’t work.
The Error
I received this error:
Invalid carousel hyperlinks: A minimum of one of many supplied hyperlinks usually are not eligible for Carousel.
I checked and rechecked and it didn’t matter what I did. If I used a single picture advert with a Spotify hyperlink, it labored effective. However for some purpose, the carousel was an issue.
Apple Podcasts Works High-quality!
For what it’s value, I get no errors when sending folks to Apple Podcasts as an alternative. In order that’s what I’m doing.
It simply appears tremendous odd, and I assume it’s a bug that isn’t intentional. For these with a podcast or music that you just wish to promote, maintain this in thoughts.
